In our 50+ Legend's CrossFit classes, you’ll participate in small group sessions that focus on bodyweight exercises and light equipment. Our goal is to teach you the basics, help you master proper technique, and give you a fun, challenging workout that leaves you feeling strong and energized.
Each class starts with a coach-led warm-up and instruction on foundational CrossFit movements. We’ll assess your range of motion and provide modifications to ensure you're moving safely and effectively. After the instructional portion, you'll dive into a CrossFit-style workout that’s tailored to your ability level. We promise you'll get a great sweat in, and most importantly, you’ll enjoy every minute of it!
Once you’ve built confidence with the foundational movements, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into our regular CrossFit classes, where you can enjoy the full CrossFit experience at your own pace.
